New application for Free Meals/School Uniform

 

Step 1:

 

If you feel that you may be entitled to Free School Meals/School Uniform, application forms are available from:-

• your child’s school or college;

• the Education Authority (online application - eani.org.uk);

• your local Social Security Agency office; 

• your local Citizen’s Advice Bureau

  

Step 2:

 

Read notes provided with the application form

The notes provide useful information including the responsibility of a claimant when making a claim and the current clothing allowance rates.

 

 

Step 3:

 

Complete form and return

• Complete form and provide verification of benefit or Tax Credits you receive.

• Return form to the address provided on the form.
